Nice looking stereo. Is it integrated with OnStar?

No. Although it easily could be. I used a different PAC adapter this time, since I have no desire to re-up my Onstar subscription.

Although the temperature topped 104 this week, I had some time to pull the interior and start another Dynamat session.

Here's where the fun begins... (Not really, I hate this part of installing audio/video gear)

You say you had a little bit of time?

Thanks for posting your progress, looks like pro job for sure. And all I wish I had was a little auxillary line input into my factory deck...

I'm planning a mostly Sound Quality set-up, with a tuning flair for heavy mid-bass (I listen to a lot of 80's hair metal).

System will be almost completely Alpine controls and Rockford drivers/amps. I'm a dedicated Rockford guy from the 80's that still has a bunch of new/old stuff put up. With this system, I'm finally trying out some of the new Rockford gear since their resurgance.

System will include the following:
Alpine IVA-W205 Multimedia unit
" CHA-S634 6 Disk Changer
" TUA-T020 XM Reciever
" PMD-B200 GPS
" PXA-H701 Sound processor
" KCE-422i IPod Fullspeed
" PKG-M780 7" Touch Screen Monitors
Rockford Power1000 Amplifiers (2)
"Power T110 Subwoofers (2)
"Power T162S Component Sets(3)
" Power T152S Component Set (1)
Kinetic Batteries (2, one front/one rear)
Integrating an Ipod 30G into the install
All Rockford wiring, cables, fusing, etc.

I'm still on the fence as to using one Power 1000 or two, but everything else is going as planned, thus far. I'm into my third box of Dynamat Extreme, and it looks like it may take another 4 to finish.
