Used Rustoleum tail light smoking spray, it was 14$ and it was enough to do both my friends jeep, and my hummer. Plastidip is holding up well, next is painting my brake calipers yellow. Should have pics up saturday/sunday. 4th picture is before.

I gave up smoking tail lights for lent.

 

I tried smoking salmon but I couldnt keep it lit

 

There are better things to smoke. I like my tail lights bright and I even installed bright leds in my tail lights to make sure those tailgaters stay away from my rig! I'm even thinking of installing spots on the rear of my rig, to flash at the tailgaters. If I get rear ended in my rig, the driver behind me is gonna be kissing the glass!

 

I like how the tail lights look. I didn't like the yellow on my hummer at first, but now its growing on me beacause of the black. I think its turning out really well

Its bright enough to see from 500ft away, and a little goo off will get rid of it in no time. So in my opinion, its worth it. If the function of them were impaired I would understand, but they're bright as ever.
