Take a look at buying Hummer. They were reportedly interested when GM first announced the sale. They built the H2 for GM. The military is not going to buy any more Humvees after 2011. They need a new product. Apply the Razor Technologies Hybrid idea and you have a winner.

 

I think 150 million seems cheap for Hummer. I will email AM General

That is what GM was going to sell to the Chinese company for. I would think a military contracted company such as AM General which is privately controlled could totally handle a buy out like that.I am also sure now that the deal fell through with Chinese company there will be some really nice bargaining room.
