No not the 2 bars themselves, but the track itself. The previous owner left a couple aluminum bars in there for lights and they won't slide out, so I'm thinking I have to remove the whole thing idk...any advice would be great as I want to do it tomorrow morning. Thanks!!

 

Actually looks like aluminum blocks with 2 holes slid in the track for a gobi roof rack... the catch on bottom clips when I try to slide them out, so weird
