Default The rearview mirror height

This was one of those "really, that's all I had to do" moments for me.
I've had my truck for about 3 months and the rearview mirror has always drove me crazy. It sat way to low (I'm 6'4"). It blocked the view to the right.
So I bought the special glue, took the mirror off the button, and started to slice the adhesive so I could glue it back a couple inches higher. Then I looked down at the mirror and saw that all I had to do was push up a little harder. It has two pivot points. Done.

This is probably something most (if not all) people know but if it helps anyone it was worth a post.

This has been mentioned in the H3T section, you can take it to any glass shop they will move the mirror.

I don't see the point in relocating the mirror.
I just moved it up. It sits about a 1/2 inch below the headliner now.
Whereas it sat about 2 1/2 inches before I noticed the second pivot point.
No need to take it to a glass shop IMO.

I should add I drive a '09 with the rearview camera.

I'm six two myself. Always had cherokees. While I love almost everything about the H3 in comarison, the view sucks! It would have been nice if GM had placed removable headrests on the rear seats like they did the front. Would have made folding seats down a breeze compared to having to slide everything forward due to being tall.

We pulled the seats, stripped em down, cut them up, and sewed them back together. No more headrests! View is much better. Plus folding down the seat doesn't require us to squish our legs into the cab to drive!
