I have a 06 h3 with a basic radio no xm radio or anything. I got an 07 h3 radio touch screen with navigation. Will it plug in the same as the basic radio and will the navigation work in it?

 

Can't imagine the wiring harness would be any different. Removing the stereo in these guys is super easy. I'd just pop the old one out and take a look.

 

If the Nav. is used, at a minimum it will need to be reprogrammed to your Vin.
The base radio has a built in amp., the 6 disc changer is not interchangeable because it runs through an external amp (not speaker output) and volume would be too low to listen to.

I cannot remember if the Nav uses an internal amp, but that is another possible glitch. Aftermarket Navs are a better investment.
