Hey Y'all,

I've came across this Hummer H2 with a full throttle King lift kit. Has off-road wheels/tires. What things should i look out for before purchasing it in terms of having a lift kit on it? I've never brought a lift car before, this is my first time so I would like to have your expertise on it. Thanks and Happy Holidays!

 

I just purchased one 10 weeks ago....6" lift, 20" wheels, 38" tires...pretty massive...new to H2s as well.

Things to look for:
Oil buildup near front suspension components, bottom of engine/oil pan, etc
Diff and tranny leaks/seeping
Sway bar end links - worn bushings
Shocks - what kind?
Was the front differential dropped with the lift?
Longer suspension knuckles
Damage - scrapes, bumps, dings, etc to undercarriage
Brakes
Uneven tire wear
Rust
Bumper stops - torn, missing, etc
Torsion keys - cranked up, down, etc
Steering wheel play
Gear shifts - smooth, crisp....long, hard, clunky
Scratches on top of roof/luggage racks, etc
Rock chips along nerf bars/bottom section of the doors

I can mention other things, but this should be enough to get you started
