so I just put 40" toyo's on my H2 and naturually the speedo is out, I was thinking about buying a programmer to fix it myself and play with the options but every one I see only goes up to 38" who makes a programmer that can do 40" tires?

I'd say go to a tuner shop. Maybe they can help you out.

 

Ive been researching this also...I've heard That the Edge works great with 40" tires...It's on my want list for sure!
