I hear ya, and on certain colors I agree about the chrome package. I didn't like it that much on the green or the black but when the salesman pulled the yellow around I was hooked. It isn't that blingy on the yellow for some reason, I guess cause the paint is so bright it's just not that much of a contrast.

 

You're probably right about the yellow. I just always avoid chrome. If I put something on, I always go for black, it makes for much easier touch up's after a little wheelin'. Even my daily driver has as little chrome as possible. The grill guard, toolbox, rear bumper etc are all black. I will probably powder coat the wheels someday.

I like it on the black ! There really is not that much they add on , so it's not over done IMO. Look's like just mirrors and door handles.

 

the ones I saw had mirrors,door handles, plus had chrome nerf bars and chrome gas cap door. I have all that on mine but like i sais on yellow it does not really pop out and scream bling.

 

Forgot about the bars & gas cap thingys.....i still like it anyway. Look at the grill for gods sake. I still like the chrome package , it would not be my choice if the handle's , gas cap ect... where painted gloss black like the rest of it , but I don't like the grainy black plastic look either , so chrome would be it I guess..................ah crap I'd take anything at this point.....lol

Saw a black H2 today with a tone of chrome on the front , grill insert's , complete brush guard , plus the factory grill.....way to fugly and over done not to mention the 22" chrome rims.
