Power steering winter leakage

Power steering winter leakage
Hello, everybody!
Almost every of those cold winter(-25 Celsius and below) mornings my power steering fluid start to leak for about several seconds and after that it stopped. I understand that it's bad influence of cold Canadian winter, but my question is: What it could be( may be some gaskets or sealing)? Is it could be worse later on? So far I don't see any power steering leaking when temperature outside is not so cold. Any ideas?
Thank You.

I cannot tell you exactly from which hose it's dripping. I try to find out but I couldn't. I toppled some power steering stop leeking and I hope that this and warm weather will help.
