I am thinking first to get rid of rust on my truck's body using POR-15 or rust converter plus tremclad anti-rust paint and after to use anti-rust treatment like Rust- check or Krown. With oily stuff that could be applied on top of freshly painted or treated frame, body and suspension of truck. I think in this case it wiil prevent from corrosion in short future.
