Did you get this resolved yet?
Is it possible that your rear caliper e-brake mechanism is seized up?

Tough to troubleshoot without seeing things in person for this, unfortunately...

 

I had it up on a lift, and a friend and I were able to move them, but not easly. Im replacing the pads this weekend....the rear pads have about 1/8 to 1/16 left on them!!! Would that have anything to do with the e brake not working correctly?
