How do you adjust the emergency brake on the H3? I can depress the pedal all the way to the floor and it barely engages. If I'm on any kind of an incline it won't hold at all. The cable under the drivers side has quite a bit of slack in it without the brake engaged.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know if this is the "proper" answer; however, on the frame, drivers side, middle of the door (front to back) you will see the e-brake cable attached to a bracket that pulls two other cables. Tighten (shorten) the single cable by turning the nut and you will make the e-brake cable tighter. You will probably have to use a wrench to turn the nut and a wrench to hold the assembly.

Like I said, it may not be the "book" answer but it is what I did.
