I bought a complete set of 5 OEM rims that were powder coated on Ebay for cheaper than what it would have cost me to have mine done.

 

You probably wouldn't need to go to the extreme of stripping them. Probably just sand out and nicks and remove any paint that might be flaking (not likely on something this new), clean with soap and water really well and then shoot 'em.
