Hello,
After cleaning the MAF and TB with their corresponding cleaners and putting all back together. P1516 appeared
Vehicle starts to 2000rpm than drops to ~1400 for ~`25 secs, suddently drops to 100 and then 500 and starts hesitating (abruptly cycling ) with REDUCED POWER TRACTION FAILED message. Anyone has an idea what to do? thanks.
Noticed while cleaned TB the blade was kind of stuck and cleaned it without moving it (closed).
the only things that realized was:
1. Disconnect TPS harness with Battery ON ( later disconnect)
2. intake-PCV hose was a little cracked but seemingly functional
3. During Vacuum hose removal broke one of the plastic ends of the lock.



How can I relearn throttle if motor runs extremely abnormal after 30 secs?
