So I added some Lucas deep clean fuel treatment and a bottle of gas line antifreeze. My mechanic did a smoke test on the intake and I thought there may be moisture in the syst causing it to knock and ping. Tripping the knock sensors. Also cleared the codes. They came back about 10m down the road. So I googled and ordered some parts.

2 ac delco knock sensors
Ks harness
Fel pro steel intake gaskets

The KS were both submerged in water up to the connector. The rear had been getting wet for quite a while and was corroded.

I don't want this to happen again. So I took a few preventative measures.

Dielectric grease to the knock sensor/connector
RTV the harness cap and wire inlet
RTV a dam in front of the caps so water diverts around and flows out the back
Cut hole in foam so water will flow out the back of the intake instead of sitting

Truck runs great and I love her again. When I started her the check engine light went off and didn't even have to clear codes.
