No lights on A/C Control

No lights on A/C Control
Hi,
I was replacing the lights in the A/C control unit and must have shorted out 12v. My A/C unit works, but the buttons below window like circulate and all those are not lighting up. Did I blow a fuse? I have looked and can't find any blown fuses. Any help would be appreciated.
