I agree.. Just got the trail grapplers 2 weeks ago. The tread is very aggressive yet the highway ride is nice. I can't wait to get them in some snow (if we get any, that is!)

Just thought i would post a couple pics for duratracs look and tread. Most put white letter in so it is all black but a bit of difference from the Kelly for tread and sidewall lug. Safari are prob Kelly duratrac attempt but i see a.bit more open tread in the duratracs.

33" Duratrac's on mine.
They have been great in New England. Rain, Snow, Dirt, Mud, Rocks. Quiet OnRoad or Off. I've got about 20,000 miles on them, still look like new.
My next set will be 35's though.

I run the same tires, and I have towed with them. they work great as long as you have the power to pull the load. I love them, and have takled to people saying they are on track for 50k+ out of them. They have worked well offroad too

I took the plunge and bought the Nitto Trail Grapplers. I got 315/75r16 and they should be ready for install on Tue-Thur. I shopped locally and they beat all prices advertised online, offered free valve stems, mounting, balancing, rotating, flat repair and prorated road hazard. I was very pleased to now that you can still shop local vendors and get great service/pricing. Thanks for all the helpful advice.

Lucky you!! I bought mine locally and got ripped off. First they said they would match the price so i ordered them. Went and had them put on and more stuff done. They ruined the tires and blamed it on tire factory. So they said they would replace. They cost me 200 dollars more than they said because they said they qoutes me for the wrong size rim. I asked for e rated and had them till they messed them up and then they gave me the c rated as a replacement and wouldn't do anything to make difference up. I was pissed and will never go back. I would rather figure things out myself.
I paid 25 bucks a piece for ball joints and they charged me four hundred bucks just to put two lower ball joints in... Never again. I saved a thousand bucks buying new brake rotors and pads myself and put them on.
