No, not at all! I'm simply saying the changes necessary to eliminate these type of thingsresides on a global level ... it's an exercise in futility as this point in time! The reasons for that should be obvious to all of us ... hell, we can't even respect each other enough to allow for differentiating thoughts in many cases, religion being a classic example ... and we consider ourselves civilized ...
