This gaget will move trafic out of the way. I don't recomend the siren. I do love that electronic horn blast!

I have something like that on my work truck but I'd hate to get caught playing with it without a permit. Troopers and Cops take a pretty dim view of those things.

 

I had a Code 3 set up in my last vehicle. The air horn was awesome. I think you would be ok if you only use the air horn function and not use the siren tones.
