I'm getting new brakes on the front tomorrow, not bad with just under 50K miles on the H-3.
The rears look good, however, the rotors in the rear were changed a couple of years ago under warranty for that grinding noise (which has returned).

This H-3 is the best vehicle I have owned, I feel super safe while driving in it and the maintenance has been low.
