Step #1. get in your vehilce and read the manual!

Step #2. look at the center stack above the radio and make sure your H3 has a light in the farthest left 4x4 control button (4HI Unlocked).

Step #3. If not, press the farthest left button to disengage 4HI lock!

For daily use on NON-wet/NON-Snowy/Non-Muddy/Non-icy roads etc!
If you do NOT have the button that is circled and FLASHING RED then you do not have an Adventure package 2007 H3.

Step #4. If it is in 4HI unlocked (farthest button to the left) then you need to call a dealer or mechanic because you have a 4x4 controler issue.

Hope this helps!

Hi ya I've read parts of the manual and doesn't mention ne thing about my front end problems .... It's not in four wheel hi or low its where it should be.. and I took it in to a mechanic and they are sayin that' its normal ... But yet he put some dye in the transfer case I think and since I've gotten it bak yesterday
It hasn't done it ...so today I'm gonna go drive some more c if it does it again ...

Well now that we know your button is depressed in 4HI (unlocked).

Your t-case actuator could be bad and keeping it in 4HI Loc or you have a buggered up half shaft that does not articulate to the full extent of your turing radius thus causing the "chirping" around corners. I had one of mine "POP" itself back in and had no issues with it since. But that is a rare case!

My tires chirp as well when I turn sharp. Thought it was normal due the all wheel drive

sounds like a problem that i had about a year ago...right after I bought my 06...i had the tire chewing, and parking lot embarrassing tire chirps...there is a fork mode in the trans that is made out of plastic that melts...i had it replaced on problem solved. i have no idea if the 07"s have the same problem...its worth checkin out. maybe someone else out there can elaborate? just my $0.02
