Hi everyone I need some advice..I just purchased a 2006 Hummer H3 and the spare tire was damaged and cannot be fixed. I am trying to find a new spare tire and rim but I'm having some trouble. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

 

eBay or Craig's list. There are quite a few listed for sale.

 

Hi 3Hummers thank-you for the advice. The only thing is I just realized and forgot to mention was that my hummer is a 2006 hummer H3X. I have gone on craiglist and ebay havent had any luck..am I looking in the wrong places? any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Don't necessarily have to worry about matching the style of your other wheels. As long as it matches the size, you can put a spare tire cover on. If you really need to use the spare, then appearance is secondary - in the meantime it's hidden.

 

The X has an 18" wheel instead of a 16". OEM'S are few and far between on Craigslist and Ebay.

 

I would just order a nice healthy set of 33's and call it a day :shrug:

Word of advice though, post this in the H3 section; not a lot of folks look in here for technical questions.

 

Beachgurl21, I believe you may have a typo in your post. The first year the H3X trim package was offered to the public was in 2007.
