Navigation PLUS CD changer?

Does the H2 come with the Navigation system AND a 6 disc changer or can you only get the Navigation system with a singe disc player?

Standard H2s do not come automatically w/ Nav - Nav equiped trucks only have one slot for nav disc/ single cd (you can only use one or the other) - bad design, but should be fixed in 2008
