I have over 52k on my H3 and I'm in the range of "bad heads" and I have had no trouble at all!!!

What are the early signs we look for in a head going bad? I would like to catch the problem early if possible and get a new head put on. I have 2006 with 36 ,000 miles built in 5/6 with no problems so far.
