lol thats awesome. I think I've hit 100 in my HUMMER once. I think I've hit 90mph 3-4 times in the HUMMER.

 

100 in a Hummer just seems nuts.. I've had my Trans Am pegged - ignorant.

 

i wish i had read this thread before i did this mod and got an engine light. i made the assumption that the hose was that comes off the resonator was just running off the intake filter. so i put a small filter straight on there and after a day, i get an engine light. i hope it's just telling me im a moron and shouldnt do that instead of doing damage till i can get it fixed

 

You aren't doing any damage.. the truck just wont be running like it should be. Return that intake and pickup an Air Doc and a new Spectre filter instead.

 

i already had the k and n intake on there. i just hadn't replaced the resonator. i figured i might as well remove it while i was installing the TB spacer

 

I'm not talking about the k&n intake; just the filter. And make sure it isn't an oiled filter if you do lots of offroading.
