I've filled up twice now and both tanks I've averaged 18 MPG. thats on my 08 h3. stock tires and no mods. I'm scared to change anything since i'm getting decent mpg

 

My 07 gets 13.1 on freeway here in Cali and about 9 driving to and from the base; 5 miles one way rural town driving. My CPU supports this and math backs it up. The 32 gallon tank makes it expensive to fill up but really the MPG is only slightly less than my 95 Dodge Ram that my wife traded in for my H2. I love this truck, I do plan on putting few performance parts on this winter such as exhaust, cold air, headers and HP ECM. Front end seems a little wishy washy at times and need to take a look at that too.

 

If you take your foot out of it, it will help..I'm not the best at it either but my '08 is currently reading 11.3 (city/hwy combined)

 

06 H2 --- 10.4 100% city
11.8 60% city-40% Hyw

 

I get pretty good milage with my H2. 2006 with 107K and get 14.5 on the highway and about 12.1 in the rural driving. I was getting about 10 in Atlanta when I drove her around there. Been pretty happy with it... just have to keep it around or below 2K rpm... should be fine... Good luck and happy holidays to all the Hummer owners.

 

funny i bought my h2 with 104k on her a month ago . it said 9 mpg avg on it. after resetting it and driving it 3 days it gets 13.9 . i was happy and i said man i cant wait untill i install cold air setup , programer and mobil oil. well hell i did the upgrades and it gets 14.1 not the boost i was looking for. i felt for sure it would move up the mpg. i was hoping i could get a lot closer to mpg of my expo i traided in. and i wanted to say see its not as bad as people say. at least its no 9 mpg i guess lol.
