2005 H2 MINT CONDITION. PURCHASED THIS TRUCK IN 2008 with 24K MILES ON IT.

well in most cars 100k miles seems like a lot but in an h2 a lot of you guys have 120k miles and seems like it’s no big deal so Maybe I should buy one with that mileage then... I just want mine to last to 300k miles lol

You will most likely have to replace the transmission before the engine on these. Trans, if you just take it somewhere you can have a rebuilt one put in for under 2k. The engine, if taken care of, you should get 300,000 miles out of it. Like any engine it needs to be serviced and taken care of though. Common issues at higher mileages will be rear main seal, snapped off exhaust manifold bolts, and knock sensors.

For a just over a hundred bucks you can do a major tuneup with new spark plugs, plug wires, clean throttle body and MAF, and have it running like new again. There have been plenty of prior threads on what all you should inspect and look for when buying an H2. Do a search and when you think you found one check everything over. Not much is unrepairable but some things can cost a bit to fix if needed. If anything any smaller issues give you bargaining leverage on the price.

im award of the tranny needing replaced over 100k miles but can you tell me more about the radiator issues and how you can tell if it has them?
My H2 is the best vehicle I've ever owned. You should definitely get one Here's some things I've had to deal with at higher mileage...
1) marker light grommets on roof deteriorate and cause your floorboards to get drenched, easy fix with silicone
2) cluster light bulbs and/or stepper motors will go out, gear display goes dim, you can fix this yourself without replacing it or there's many online services that do it including on eBay
3) bypass your internal trans cooler in your radiator by installing an external one. The radiator on my H3 leaked into my transmission and destroyed it, same setup is in the H2. My H2 radiator leaked but luckily it was external and not internal
4) if you live in an area that gets salted you can get an undercoating sprayed on to prevent rust
5) hvac bulbs will go out - you can take it apart and solder new ones in without replacing
6) abs computer (ebcm) can go bad and throw a crazy amount of lights on the dash, this can also be refurbished via eBay or other online services
7) Heated seats can fail (I haven't tackled this project yet)
That's all I can think of off the top of my head right now
