Default Lift & Performance Ideas

Hi all,

From other threads it seems like if it's not an Alpha then there's not point but I still love my 5 cylinder and I've never taken it on any extreme trails but I'd like to once I get everything bolted on. Do you all have any advice on budget lift ideas to fit 35" tires and possible performance upgrades like possibly CAI and exhaust upgrades?

Do a search for it on here. There are all kinds of cai and exhaust info on here. Unless you need something huge, you can crank your torsion bars to get some lift, other than that I am unsure but know Rancho makes one. No idea fit is good or not though. Pretty sure people are gonna add a nice pricey list for you though.

No suspension modifications are necessary to put 315s (35") on an H3. A slight torsion bar adjustment will level the front end with the rear but it is NOT NEEDED to fir 315s (35").

The I5 is a darn fine motor for an H3 in stock form. It won't get out of it's own way on the highway once you add 600lbs+ of wheeling armor/accessories and 315s.
