Has anyone had trouble with water leaking from the roof console around the sunroof control and garage opener controls. I thought that maybe the sunroof was leaking but the sunroof doesnt even go up that far and the tracks of the sunroof are bone dry.

 

do a search in this forum for "leaks". You'll fing plenty of threads. First place to look would be the roof marker lights.

olfarts probably right i thought that my window was leaking and it was the marker lights. Take them off and re-seal them with marine silicone sealant

 

Same thing here pulled off the marker lights and sealed under them and the water stopped

 

I had the same issue as Hillbilly it probably your marker lights.

 

Roof marker seals or sunroof drains are the usual culprits.. J

 

I had the same problem. Front roof markers need gaskets resealed. You can try to fit a new gasket but good luck and hummer only sells you the entire marker kit $$$$$$$.

 

Also check under the marker light. The rubber grommet where the wires pass down into the door column usually comes loose and leaks. Clean and reseal with adhesive RTV
