I havent been in side a t-case but have built my own powerglide transmission and engines for drag racing. I dont imagine that the t-case would be much more of a challenge. I have the service manuals on cd on the way. I cant help but think of the plastic pos every time I get in the truck! Thanks for the answers

 

I would think that with your experience that I wouldn't be afraid of the t-case shift fork, and save yourself a pile of money.
