Default Jeep OWNERS

It has been 1 week since I received my Hummer and I noticed something strange. I seem to get very bad looks from people driving Jeeps (Wranglers). I also had someone flip me the bird, for no reason while driving their jeep. Am I missing something??? Is there something I need to know about jeep owners?

You might be driving a Hummer if...Jeep owners avoid looking at you. or in your case (flip the bird at you)

It's just their way of saying, "I should have bought a Hummer".

As a general rule, most Jeep owners don't exactly love Hummers.

As a former Jeep owner myself, makes no sense to me at all. On any Jeep board, there is the usual "mine is bigger than yours." banter just like here, but on the street or at the pump (see other thread), just ridiculous.

Imay have gotten some insight yesterday, though. I went into a Pathmark to get a few things and came out to find a flyer on my H3's windshield that said something like "12-13mpg. While you play in your Hummer, 2-3 GIs die in theirs and 60 Iraqis die every day." P-ssed me off and I would have thrown the jack--ss under my 315s and given him a tatoo, but maybe that's the connection: Hummer = Bad American bacause of the war. Whether you are a right-wing, gun-toting conservative like me or a left-wing, liberal candy-a$$ tree hugger why should that make you a Hummer-hateryet non-Hummer tolerant?
