Default It's a Jee...Chrysle.....HUMMER thing.

Grabbed some pictures of the truck before giving it a good cleaning last night. It's been raining here for days and I have access to some private property that's about to be torn up to be developed into a campus for a large corporation. It's full of wetland, small trees, mud pits, etc.

It's been raining for days, been out there the last two. It rained super hard while I was at work yesterday so I decided to try my luck. Almost didn't make it through in a few places because the water had pooled up in the mud holes I made...

They're Realwheels powder coated billet, and ridiculously expensive, something like $180 brand new. A member here was selling them in the classifieds and I managed to get them for $65 shipped brand new in the package. Totally lucked out on that one.

I told myself while I wanted them there was no way I could justify the price and would probably never end up buying them, but I couldn't pass that up when I saw it.

Wow they just raised them to $195 a pair !! Jeez thats crazy, maybe $95 a pair sounds more realistic in todays market for such a small add on. Do they stick on with 3M tape or some type of clip to the marker lights?
Heres a link.

these ones from FIERCE Auto look nice and aren't too much of a wallet beater. They seem to only come in chrome but a little sanding/primer/ and black spray paint for lets say 16 bucks for the 2 sprays and $66 dollars total for all saves you some "Cash-o-la " look here Fierce Chrome Billet Side Marker Light Guards HUMMER H3 | eBay

They use 3M tape. I cleaned the area with alcohol, was super careful and got them on right the first time.

Good thing because after letting them sit for an hour or two I started pulling on them pretty hard just because I'm stupid and like to push my luck. They didn't budge, but the fender moved with them instead.
