Instrument panel not working

Default Instrument panel not working
My check engine light came on first then the next day, the instrument panel stopped working and the DIC (Driver Information Center) stayed on even with the key removed. Could it be a fuse? Any help would be appreciated.

I took it to the dealership today. Found out there was a short in the wires to the cluster. after market stereo was wired to it somehow... Anyway, I alsdo needed a O2 sensor. $632.00
