Default Installed the MagnaDrone catback!

Installed the Magnaflow catback today. Good looking system full polished Stainless steel easy install. Everthing fit as it should. Just has more interior drone and resonence than I wanted. The price was good thats why I got it. $429 at Jegs with free shipping. On the up side I did notice a little bit of a power gain with the exhaust and Volant cold air kit. Better throttle response but not sure if it was worth all the noise the two of them make. Next in line under drive pullies ( if availible) and an electric fan. I don't know why GM did not use an electric fan but I'm willing to bet that will free up a couple horsepower.

I don't think there is an aftermarket exhaust that doesn't reverberate a little...It's the nature of the beast...Like Mark said, give it time, it'll grow on you.

...Silcon Valley is still big in the technology arena...it has shifted from the wafer fab industry to chips and software technology and stuff...

Fred..It looks really good..You have one of the top of the line exhausts..I like those long tips too, are they welded on as well?

BTW..I have the same style tire cover and it had the Dealer's logo on it too..I for one don't believe in giving free advertizing, so I removed their name with Lacquer thinner and a rag and slowly worked it off..don't get too agressive, or you'll smooth the the plastic too much.
