OK well I took off my fog lights and put them in the oven to seperate the lens from the housing, however they are not budging. Has anyone did this on their own? Looking for help.

It looks like the lens curves down into the housing.

Put them in a pan with olive oil, butter and chives, cover and bake until tender.

On a serious note, look up some temperature and baking times to get the sealant to loosen up. You may need to leave them for longer.
