Only had our H2 for little over a month now and have not has a person pull out in front of me yet. BUT while towing our 15,000 pound 5th wheel with our 8,000 pound GMC 4x4 Dually truck a Civic pulled out in front of me and stopped. We had to use pry bars to get him out of the car. He kept saying he wanted to go to the hospital. When the cops got there and gave HIM the ticket, all of the sudden he felt better and didn't want to go to the hospital. His insurance paid for all the damage.

You never think of just how much of a death trap those little things are till you see one thats been hit. They buckle like a soda can. I wonder if insurance is spendy for one of those little tin cans.

 

Neither, I am a man of honor and believe in old fashion values thus I will not be proded or drawn into (especially by being labeled)an educated"argument" (as you say) against an unarmed individual. It just wouldn't be sporting of me. [8D]

i think he should have driven over the old bastard. old people dont belong behind the wheel of anything with a motor in it. they cant see, cant hear and sure as hell have no reaction speed. they are a menace to anyone else driving on the street. who knows mabey the walkingdead guy forgot to take his dementia meds that morning and escaped the dead people home stole a tree hugging freaks car and went to pick up his long since dead wife only to realize he had no clue where he was.

I would have given him a little bump. I have no time for people, especially ones who gets out of their car.

The law states that if you get out of your car and no vehicular contact was made, then it's considered that you are the instigator... if the instigator touches your car, it's considered physical assault and the driver can defend himself.

A nice little hummer imprint on his *** would make for a good defense plan.


Personally, on the other hand, I've been looking to beat up someone doing **** like this, so lets brawl. 90 or 20, I'll take it.

 

i was driving the h3 the other day and had a similar occurance....... GUYs get jealous when they see younger people driving HUMMERS guess they feel insecure about themselves and wan tto lash out against those of us who have nicer things jealous little bastads its like kindergarten playground bulley syndrome

he actually told me he was going to rip my arm off and beat him with it cause i wouldnt let him cut me off during morning rush hour traffic
o yea forgot to mention im a 3 time state champ kickboxer so im pretty sure i woulda kicked his *** but i just rolled up my window and cranked the awesome monsoon sound system
