Greetings...

I have an 08 H3, factory head unit with nav. I had Circut City install the I-simple last August. It worked great up until a few weeks ago. I no longer will charge my ipod touch (or any other ipod i have connected to rule out that it was the ipod) I called CC and there install guys were not in and only work part time.

Any suggestions???? Thanks in advance!

I suggest waiting until they can look at it. If you screw with it they might blame you. That being said I wouldn't be afraid to poke around, I googled it and that thing is pretty simple looking (no pun intended) it's just a box and some RCA connections. It could have just gone bad, or it may have lost power some how.

 

Thanks draketh...I'll wait until I can get it into cc, let them look at. Been less than a year,hopefully it's still covered.

I'd never trust CC or BB to do anything to my vehicle period. All of the horror stories I've heard from people, and all of the misinformation I've heard them tell people is just insanity.

 

I here ya, however the specialty shops wanted 150 bucks more for an install that was really easy to do, (once I saw it done) 3 wires...done.
