I need some info when installing HID's

Quite honestly, what that implies is that when you receive the kit and install the bulbs/ballasts that they warrant that they will work upon receipt of the product. If a bulb wears out after years of service, they won't replace it with a new bulb.
Bulbs do wear out after normal use.
Of course they may tell you other wise, just to impress you upon buying their product.
A manufactures warranty is a guarantee against defects at the time you buy it and prior to installation. Those warranties are very common
LOL! You think I dont understand that? Do a search if you are really intrested in this product... You will find that they have great customer service and stand behind these's HID kits. Maybe they wont replace a bulb if it burns out 10 years from now, but I bet they will if it burns out in 12 months.... I have nothing to prove here! Im passing on what I think is a GREAT product to others. If they choose to buy it or believe that it has a lifetime warranty is up to them.
I have noticed you only back the "true" HID conversion...http://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...%3D21%26um%3D1 Im sure its a great product, but some of us dont want to spend the $1000 to get the same if not better lighting than what you are paying for. I know im taking the chance of getting a ticket... Hell I can get 10 of them and still save money in the long run......
Thanks
Dustin

What I am about to say is kinda a agreement to some points made and my opinion and suggestion on people considering going with HIDs in general.I agree the starr system is a better legal choice but $1000 dollars verse $45 dollars, big difference. I had 10000k bulbs in my first truck never got pulled over or anything and I blinded the crap out of everyone and the cops I was just lucky I guess or cops here don't care I assume I was also young and foolish and didn't realize I was causing a potential crash. I did find though that the 6000k in the h3 housing looks alot more natural in color to cars with projectors and on a legality/ticket aspect is a safer route. With the h3 housing aslong as you lower your beams a bit more then how they are set from factory you wont blind anyone. I have not had anyone flash me yet in the 2 days ive had them installed and passed about 5 cops and they didnt even look at me.If I saw I was blinding people or someone said something to me about it I would simply remove them and go back to regular bulbs. Its not worth keeping them in for the 45 dollars I spent to potentially kill someone. I have done some testing with level of glare on approach and it is minimal compared to the other trucks and cars that put hid's in the stock housings. I believe this is due to it being a circle housing and not a curved rectangle. As for ddmtuning I am using their ballasts and they are nice. The quality of their stuff is quite a difference to the random ebay kits. Also there prices are really good compared to ebay prices. Anyone that can afford the starr system get it, if you cant, try a conversion kit they are usually the cost of a pair of silverstars anyways.Just keep in mind lower the beam level and try to use 6000k or less.As for the 35w or 55w I would stick to the 35w just because im sure at 55w since they claim to be 40% brighter. If thats true and your beam is to high you will definitely blind someone.

Well said . . .
what's up guys i have a 07 h3 and i got some HID and i was wondering if i need a relay harness for the low beams H13 because i connected everything and the just started flickering does anyone know that could help me thanks
I didnt need a relay for my hid kits for headlights and fogs. I just had the ballast reversed because the tabs were backwards. I suggest double checking the polarities and also try mixing up the bulbs and ballasts in case one is defective.
I just installed head and fog lights, they flicker a little while warming up or before I crank the motor over. Then they warm up and gradually get brighter. Do yours continue to flicker. I would double check connections. If they are all good then it is either the bulbs or the ballasts. since that is all that is left, lol. Mine came with a one year warranty on everything, hopefully yours did too.
