Hey all , just a quick question if this may be too much slop. Made a short video... what are your thoughts? Should I look into rebuilding the transfer case? If so, what's the best kit to order, I've seen a few online, but that I can tell, they are made in Japan or Korea. Any USA made kit and chain recommendations?

Yes, it's ok. But the thumps are pretty bad.

 

I dont know much on this topic, But there was someone who had a aluminium block with nylon come off in there transfer case, and that was like a chain tension-er IM not sure if it was on this forum or not.
