how much for an engine replacement on an H1?
I want to buy an H1 but I want to be sure I know what Im getting into first. I went to a hummer dealer and asked how much it would be to replace an engine on a 96 h1 turbo diesel and they quoted me 14k. Is this a good estimate? I think its very high considering that I looked up the cost of an engine made by AMG for the h1s and it around about 6k new.
