I had a leak in my radiator and had it replaced about two weeks ago. I smelled burnt anti freeze for a couple weeks after that so I made an appt to get it checked out. Of course a day before the appt I stopped smelling it. Could residual anti freeze that may have been spilled taken that long to burn off? I want to make sure it's safe to cancel my appt since taking my car in is a pita. Thanks.

After about a week of the odor after my radiator replacement, I got tired of smelling it and cleaned the engine. After that, no more smell. What happythee said also.
