how to increase maximum speed of H3 ?
My 2008 H3 5.7 hit the Aero-wall at 102 MPH. I was not driving. From the passenger seat it felt smooth and stable however I woudn't suggest doing it on a regular basis. A headwind or a tailwind would greatly influence thetop speed and heaven forbidhitting a sudden stong crosswind at that speed. Be safe.

thanks for your answer
but I have 2 more questions :
is the max. speed of the H3 3,5 liter gas engine limited by a software or due to not enough HP ?
who can install this jet chips power programmer ?

I had my 2006 3.5Lto 98mph (on a closed course with professional driver,...(so I guessmeans I was riding shotgun)) I had a hand-held GPS to verify the speedometer, (which reads 1/2 mph high at 80 with standard tires, (probably 1/2 mph low at 80 with the Adventure package).
It was not at redline,..the engine just cut out for a moment. Much like the speed governors on a BMW, Subaru, etc. (fuel shuts off momentarilly)
It had the power to go faster,...I wouldguess 105 in stock form.
Seemed reasonably steady at that speed,..although I would recommend the bigger rear swaybar package if you planned on making a habbit of it. And not lifting the vehicle. Mine was lowered 2" in the rear. (My opinions are different than most on here,..but I thing the H3 is greatwhen you drop therear1.5" (as opposed to jacking the front),...level the front side to side,..and install the swaybar package below. And if you ever go for an alignment,..have them add in 1/2 degree of negative camber in the front. It will handle even better yet, and the tires will last longer too. Looks great, handles great.

You have a 5.7L?? I think you meant 3.7L.

I would say that the arrodinamics of the H3 would hit the wall at about a buck with much much more HP (500-600) maybe a buck fifty .... the 65 cobra hits the wall arrodinamicly at a buck sevnty five so the brick like shape of the H3 would be like asking a barn to fly!it just ante going to happen.

Fuzzi,
There's been mention of chip limiter and aero limits... what about the pocket book limiter? How much is petrol running in Luxembourgand Germany?
I wonder what the fuel (dis)economy is at 102 mphor higher? I think I see my fuel needle move at 80!
