How do you remove idler pulley bolt????

How do you remove idler pulley bolt????

I bought a new idler pulley (pulley only , not the bracket) but when trying to loosen the 15mm bolt it just spins the entire pulley.

How do I lock the pulley so I can remove the bolt?????

Idler pulley bolt is removed by restraining the nut at back.
