How do I permanently stop the AutoHeadlights from coming on at startup?

I guess that you can not defeat the auto turn on of the headlights.

#1 If you are going to stalk someone don't start the vehicle. It's dead giveaway someone is in the vehicle, automatic headlights or not.
#2 As mentioned earlier, get a honda something that will blend into the neighborhood you are stalking in.
#3 Can't turn on the radio either. Ambient light in the interior and all. Plus you will have to start the stalker vehicle when the battery runs low.
#4 Park further away from your stalking victim and use a longer better lens.
#5 STOP STALKING!

Why else would you not want your lights to turn on automatically? Can't be something legal. Poaching maybe?
