Mine was built 10/08 and my paint looks great. Maybe yours was built on the day after Thanksgiving and all the employees and robots were pissed of that they had to work.

The dealer offered to repaint it. I would go with that. It won't devalue the truck in any way. I have seen repaints look better than factory. At this point you won't be satisfied even if the repaint is perfect.
