Bought my H3 last month. The tires had flat spots from sitting on the lot. They weren't too bad so I gave them some time to see if the heat would get rid of them. It didn't so I took the H3 in today. I explained it to the service writer. He took a 2 minute drive, came back and said the tires would be replaced in 30 minutes. All with just a handshake (no paperwork).
