Hey Guys,

I misplaced a few screws to hold the filter cover onto the aftermarket intake setup last weekend. Needless to say I could've went down to Home Depot and bought some new screws and washers then call it a day. I sort of panicked and emailed Volant to see if I can special order their bolt and rubber washer setup for the intake. Through sending an email to Volant last Sunday. I came home from work yesterday evening to find a package at my door step. Volant shipped me out a new set (5) of bolts and rubber washers free of charge. Not only was their response timely and professional but overall that was a display of outstanding customer service.

 

I wish they hurry up and make the 08 CAI...

 

I'm thinking somebody ???? will be beating them to it.

Yeah, I was BLOWN AWAY with Volant and their Customer Service AS WELL!!!!

I ordered a Volant CAI for the Escalade now, since I was treated so SUPERBLY!!!!
