Does someone know if there is an adaptor for American hitch connection to an European one?
Or do i have to change the whole fitting on my car?

There is no street legal adapter to european standards. I assume you have the US-H3, not the Euro-H3!?

Converting the US H3 to euro lighting is not difficult, but may cause damage to the computer. Adding the trailer wiring makes it worse. If you understand german, you might check hummerforum.de. There recently has been a discussion on this topic.
