Default MP3 player connection on stock radio?

Is there a way to connect an MP3 player to the stock H3 stereo?

There are two extra holes in the lower part of my front console (with temporary plugs). These would be ideal for an MP3 player input jack. But I don't know whether this is something the dealer could easily install or whether you have to get a car sudio shop to do something special. I'd like to addthe capabilityto my H3, but not do it myself.

i hooked up my ipod to factory stereo
its called a am/fm Modulater
it basically taps into the antenna wire and acts like a radio station (kind of like cd changer) it gives you two Rca outs and then get the the RCA to 3.5 for ipod connection. i use my laptop and my psp.
i recomend using a wire modulator rather than a wireless one.

I have an AXXESS digital interface on my stock 2003 H2..... I got it from this guy.... he has everything you could possibly want at good prices. I can't find his phone number at the moment.... but an email will get you a quick response.

Did anyone ever find out if you can add an outlet to one of the empty buttons behind the shifter? I would like to do the same. I went to the dealership today and they said they have not seen anyone do that. I agree, it would be an ideal place for a MP3 jack.
